You can take the Coracle ride with the helmsman and request him for life jackets. Generally, these rides are safe as the river has many boulders and the wind is not too strong. Besides, the helmsmen are quite experienced and ensure your safety. You can enjoy a pleasant view with many temples around the river. 

The price of a Coracle ride is Rs. 400-800 per person depending on the duration (30 minutes to 1 hour). Take this ride either in the early morning or in the evening when the weather is cooler.

The Kuntala Waterfalls is about 12 kms from the Neredikonda village, which is roughly 64 km from Adilabad.
