For Nimisha, travel is a therapeutic escape for both mind and body. The passion stems partly from her father, who views travel as an adventure and inspires her love for heights. This shared enthusiasm led her to several trekking experiences over the years, besides memorable trips to around 15 destinations within India.
As a theater artist traveling to gain experience, she appreciates various cultures and traditions, which she believes serves as windows to newer perspectives on the world. Her own tradition of collecting earrings and fridge magnets from her journeys serves as souvenirs and expressions of her experiences.
A history graduate from Gargi College, she worked in the education industry for 7 years as a movement facilitator, teacher trainer, curriculum writer, and quality analyst. Now, she wishes to embark on a new chapter through travel writing.
When not writing, Nimisha is seen rejoicing in her tabla lessons, journaling through colors and abstract art, meeting pups, and trying different cuisines with her husband.
